Le Valet d'Coeur's grand opening

A clever marketing scheme.
It all started back in 1981 with this poster and a few
friends - Le Valet d'Coeur opened its doors to the public. Back then, the idea
of a store specializing in games was slightly ludicrous. There was no internet
to tie the gaming community together. People who played role-playing games and
such had to convert friends, family members, and their spouse to their hobby and
even then, there was no central location in Montreal where these evangelists of
fun could meet and exchange notes on their hobby.
Ted Adachi and Dany Gagnon were not to be discouraged, however...
